Abstract
Several nanocarrier systems are frequently used in modern pharmaceutical therapies. Within this study a potential toxicity risk of all nanoscaled drug delivery systems was found. An accumulation of several structurally different nanocarriers but not of soluble polymers was detected in rodent ovaries after intravenous (i.v.) administration. Studies in different mouse species and Wistar rats were conducted and a high local accumulation of nanoparticles, nanocapsules and nanoemulsions in specific locations of the ovaries was found in all animals. We characterised the enrichment by in vivo and ex vivo multispectral fluorescence imaging and confocal laser scanning microscopy. The findings of this study emphasise the role of early and comprehensive in vivo studies in pharmaceutical research. Nanocarrier accumulation in the ovaries may also comprise an important toxicity issue in humans but the results might as well open a new field of targeted ovarian therapies.

At present, Indonesia is conducting clinical trials of the Sinovac vaccine from China. This trial was conducted on several volunteers as a phase of phase 3 clinical trials in Indonesia to evaluate the efficacy or reliability of the vaccine. Nevertheless, vaccines are not the only way to stop the Covid-19 pandemic, because previous coronavirus outbreaks such as SARS-CoV and MERS-CoV successfully stopped without vaccines.
This statement was stated by Mohamad Saifudin Hakim, MSc., Ph.D., as a virology expert from the UGM FKKMK, dr. on Monday (17/8), reacted to the phase three clinical trial of the Covid-19 vaccine, which is currently being examined in Indonesia. As his familiar name said, Hakim said that early coronavirus outbreaks such as the 2002-2003 SARS-CoV and 2012 MERS-CoV had successfully stopped without vaccines. Countries that have succeeded in holding back the rate of increase in Covid-19 cases, such as China itself, South Korea, New Zealand, and Taiwan, can suppress the rise in cases with well-executed and disciplined prevention efforts. “I reckon the government should make more various efforts to prevent the spread of Covid-19 optimally. However, there should be cooperation from the community to be disciplined in implementing efforts to prevent transmission. We have to really mean it,” he said.

Esta práctica se conoce como siembra de nubes y fue descubierta por Benard Vonnegut al comprobar que el yoduro de plata podía romper los equilibrios internos de las nubes y modificar las precipitaciones. Por ahora, esta técnica sólo se ha demostrado eficaz para incrementar o detener la lluvia, provocar nevadas y minimizar los daños del granizo.

Forma de actuación y cómo distinguirlas
El modo de actuación es sencillo: la avioneta rompenubes sobrevuela por las nubes medias o altas, formadas por cristales de hielo que se encuentran a unos 2.000 o 3.000 metros y cuya temperatura es más baja de 0 º, y lanza yoduro de plata.
Como consecuencia, se incrementa el número de estos cristales de hielo que posteriormente, por choques o coalescencia, se convierten en gotas de lluvia. La función de la avioneta es que llueva en una zona determinada, evitando así que precipite en otro lugar.
Lógicamente, el yoduro de plata, cae junto a las gotas de agua. Pero, a pesar de ser una sustancia química, no supone ningún peligro para el ser humano. “El yoduro de plata debería de lanzarse de forma masiva para que tuviera consecuencias en la salud”, explica el Catedrático en Física Aplicada de la Universidad de Granada y especialista en Física de la Atmósfera, Juan Ignacio Jiménez.

Eighteen-year-olds in Wales can now get their first dose of the Covid-19 vaccine after the programme was extended to include the last age group of adults in the country.
The Welsh government said on Tuesday that all health boards in the country are now inviting 18 – 29-year-olds to come forward for vaccination.
